Ingredients
- 1 cup gram flour (besan)
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 2 green chilies, finely chopped
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder

Method
- In a mixing bowl, combine gram flour, chopped onion, green chilies, cumin seeds, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt.
- Add water gradually to the mixture and stir to form a thick batter. The batter should be thick enough to hold its shape when dropped into oil.
- Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat.
- Using a spoon or your hands, drop small portions of the batter into the hot oil, forming small balls (golgul).
- Fry the bhajiya until they turn golden brown and crispy on all sides.
- Remove the bhajiya from the oil and drain them on paper towels to remove excess oil.
- Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with chutney or ketchup.
