Ingredients

Method

  1. Heat butter in a pan, add cumin seeds, and let them crackle.
  2. Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
  3. Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for another 2 minutes.
  4. Add tomato puree, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Cook until the oil separates.
  5. Mix in the cashew nut paste and cook for 5 minutes.
  6. Add the cubed paneer and cook for another 5 minutes.
  7. Add fresh cream, garam masala, and sugar. Stir well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  8. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with naan or rice.
